Just a stones throw from the CBD the Melanesian Hotel offers the popular Salamaua A-la-Carte Restaurant, The Coffee Shop, Enzo's Pizza Shop, and Poolside Barbeque facilities for outdoor functions.

The Salamaua Restaurant presents theme menus several evenings weekly, such as Indian Curry Evening, Asian Buffet, and Traditional Roast Nights, with the possiblility of more additional themes due to its popularity.

All theme evenings are very popular amongst Lae residents so bookings are essential to avoid disappointment. Included are business luncheon menus on offer that also requires pre-booking.
